「We weren't expected by the reception we received. The hotel was a hovel. It smelt, was grubby, cold and in disrepair. We couldn't stay! There was no reception area, so I texted them to stay we couldn't possibly stay there and deposited the keys into the broken key deposit bix by the front door. I've asked them not to take payment so fingers crossed. Really dreadful.」
