Was fine for the price, but the room had a mold smell, and the carpet was covered in stains. Was clean though and the bed was clean and super comfortable. Staff were very nice. Area around is okay, mall is nice, but not much around besides that.

Very ordinary hotel but clean and inexpensive

The dining facilities are very poor with any western style food served cold (even things that are supposed to be hot!) Breakfast buffet extremely limited and on one occasion the "mixed fruit" was only watermelon. Staff are pleasant but not at all knowledgeable about tours or anything else one might enquire about. They speak very little English.

Its excellent hotel n i prefer to stay.

i feel really comfort with the neighbourhood, cause the hotel is located near the biggest plaza in the city. It's also nice to stay in the room, like my own room in my house.

Une nuit, c'est bien.

Hotel de passage, correct mais sans plus, bine pour une nuit de transit à Surabaya. Accueil impersonnel, chambre datée et salle de bain humide. le petit déjeuner buffet est correct mais sans grande valeur ajoutée. Proche de la gare (avons fait le chemin à pied) mais la ville est un amas d'artères géantes... Attention, peu de choses autour pour dîner : soit des warongs peu engageants, soit un food court dans le mall en face - fermé à 21h00 quand nous sommes arrivés.
