"Our room was big and clean with the exception of the futon cover which really needed to be washed, we didn’t use it other than to put our bags on, and everything else was clean. The air conditioning is loud and doesn’t get extremely cool, but it was comfortable. This place would be absolutely beautiful …it IS beautiful, but it could use some maintenance. The staff is excellent, and obviously take pride in their work, it’s just like any small place trying to survive. I’d love to see someone invest in this property and really make it meet its potential. Just a few things to know before you go, there’s no service, and no WiFi in the rooms, it’s works great in the lobby. Also not satellite or tv, but there are DVDs available. I don’t go on a getaway to watch tv, so it was fine for us. We don’t stay long enough to explore but the area is beautiful!"

"Colleen, the manager was extremely helpful. I had to change rooms because the TV was on the fritz and I was in a new room within five minutes from the outside the Motel may not look like much, but the rooms are very neat and clean."
