"I will never recommend this hotel to anyone , I booked a room with a walk in shower as I have a mobility issue, when I checked in they did not have one , but they offered me a room with full view of the lagoon what was a joke as the window was so dirty to even enjoy the view. I asked them if I can check out at 12 pm as I checked in at 10.30 pm as my train was late, they said there will be an extra charge for one hour. They have two bottles of water for $ 8 each and it clearly states the best water in the world lol. Thank goodness it was only one night stay."

"Airport shuttle was the reason we chose this hotel. We had to stay unexpectedly overnight in Miami due to flight delays. The hotel was sufficient for an overnight stay. "

"Clean room although rust everywhere and a 20 year old tv. The check in staff was wonderful, but after saying that they would charge a $50 hold for incidentals, got a $100 deposit hold. The biggest issue was that there was no water in the shower and when I presented the issue was met with “sorry” and that was it. Let’s just say for being a “standardized” hotel it was giving more of “don’t care , it is what it is” vibes. "

"Beautiful convenient location. Breakfast was great, anything you could like. Shuttle to and from airport is this best. Plenty of places to choose from right across the street from hotel, Easy to cross street. "

"We arrived early after disembarking from our cruise. The staff was so kind and allowed us to use the pool facilities while waiting for our room to be ready. The pool was clean, with plenty of towels available. Check in was easy. Our room was very clean and the air conditioning was already on, keeping our room the perfect temperature for a warm spring day. The beds and pillows were comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious and fueled us for the day. The chef was very friendly, as was the rest of the staff. The complimentary shuttle to the Miami airport was available on the hour. The van was clean, the driver very nice, and took us directly to our departure gate. Would give this stay more than five stars if that was possible. "
