Property condition only 4 star as it needs refurbishing. It's looking old and tired and needs a pick-me-up. I loved the kitchen and it was well equiped with everything you need. I would love to have a longer stay next time.

Didn't like the additional $30 charge due to poor communication apparently between your company and the information you relay onto them Best advice to others is to contact the complex directly. Heating was not working. Amenities were excellent Pool and BBQ literally at the back door Appartment clean and user friendly with board games and extras left as further entertainment. Beach access across the road with quiet street made it a enjoyable holiday

Spacious and great access to everything.

The apartment was modern large, clean and a great space for our family. The kids loved the pool. There is a massive construction site on the back fence which makes for early wake ups.

I booked with wotif but I didn’t get any communication with Sundeck gardens. There was a note on the lift about maintenance work but no prior warning. The location is great as it’s close to the beach and the park.

The room was described as “2 bedroom with ocean view” but we were given a room on the ground floor with absolutely no views. I doubt any of the rooms have ocean views. Room description is very misleading. This was extremely disappointing as I chose this place over another with an ocean view for a better price. I was offered a full refund upon complaining however given it was 4pm on Christmas Eve I didn’t have much of an option but to stay and accept a partial refund. I wouldn’t recommend booking this place if you’re after ocean views.

A girls weekend for a 50th Birthday - Justin the three of us . Best best location - the beautiful Maroochydore beach across the road - a patrolled beach - easy walk to Maroocy surf club , restaurants and coffee shops - just park your car and enjoy your holiday . The management team Ian and Deb are awesome - we booked them for in house massages - they know they stuff . Best relaxed weekend ever . I have already re-booked with my hubby and I on the 20 Dec - and included massages. Very good value for money , huge spacious Units compared to some others I looked at and have previously stayed at. All us girls will be back again !👍💙 10 plus star rating from us. Cheers Gabrielle

Received an upgrade upon checking in which was great. Unit had lots of little extras in it. Bathroom was a bit dated but quite functional. Kitchen recently renovated. Amazing views and location. Kids loved the pool. The only thing missing was a hair dryer which was provided once management was notified.

Large apartment for family accommodation

Great, clean and comfortable accommodation close to amenities and across the road opposite the beach and children’s playground at Maroochydore. Plenty of space in the apartment with addition of two courtyards for any family to have a nice break.
