A little difficulty checking in as our phones were not connecting to the internet, therefore we did not receive the checkin information - the site emails you on the morning you plan to arrive with unit # and code to get access to the unit keys. There is no front desk and it took a while to locate someone that could help us retrieve the key. we did not have Australian phones to receive texts. Location is nice, a walk across the road to the beach. Unit contained all the necessities for a comfortable stay including washer/drier.

Clean apartment, friendly staff. Great check-in facilities which are contactless to allow late check-in. Ideal location opposite Alexandra Headlands SLSC. Nice deep pool. Clean room, awesome view. We were on the 12th floor on the very top. Great security for entry and lifts and parking. Excellent location. Beds were comfortable. It was a nice place, you can tell it’s older but still great.

Apartment was older but clean and comfortable. Beds were good and the facilities on site were great. Convenient to the beach, surf club and dining. Fair bit of traffic noise and light from the Surf Club signs coming into the apartment was a little intrusive. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall pretty good value.
