「Location was great! We ate in the Wakey restaurant, and it was excellent. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the coffee and water in the lobby area. 」

「This property has live plants everywhere and it is so refreshing!! In the pool area there are potted plants and a shower to rinse off!! You never see that at hotels! The only negative thing I will bring up is the parking and the outside sitting area. You have to park pretty far from the front (only about 15 spaces up front) There is not much sitting space outside like other Comfort Inn and Suites in the area.」

「We loved how hospitable and friendly everyone was from the front desk attendants, elevator repairmen, dining hostesses, management and hotel attendant! Everyone rocked! However, Lucy in the dining area was beyond exceptional! She was friendly, funny and genuine and went way above any of our expectations! After knowing her and her loving spirit we feel that we now have a friend when we return to Arnold. Our daughter and her husband are relocating to Arnold for their ministry. As parents it made...

「Have a nice staying afternoon 8 hours driving. Room is great and clean. Breakfast is at the nice and have things we needed. The swimming pool is open and have kids playing in it. We hadn’t use it. Instead we use the fitting room for half an hour. Facilities are some what old and make annoying sounds when used.」

「My stay was good... the room was clean and comfortable... the staff were courteous and friendly. The only problem was pet fecies all over the grounds... however... the staff has just implemented a plan to solve the issue. I would stay here again for sure. 」
