「Only complaint was no microwave in room」

「The hotel was very nice. My only confusion was that upon checkin I was informed that since I booked through a third party, they could not accept any other discounts such as AAA. I could only use AAA if I had booked directly with the hotel. Lesson learned.」

「So first off, Expedia didn't book the reservation correctly and they were at full capacity. Expedia basically said "oh, no problem, we'll put you somewhere else" without realizing, that, well, no, that actually is a problem and Expedia sucks. If I can't count on you to keep a reservation, you're not useful to me so this will be the last time I use Expedia for a trip. That all said, Craig at the front desk somehow figured it out. 「The air conditioner is probably old, which is why it's a bit noisy during operation.」

「The room was spacious and comfortable. Quiet except for children running and playing in the hall but that lasted only a few minutes. Breakfast was just ok, coffee cups very small, lobby area was open and relaxing. Safe and quiet area of Cary. Convenient to freeway, shopping and businesses.」

「Everyone we came across was extremely friendly, they even greeted and treated my little one as a guest.」
