「We arrived and found the door closed. We were left waiting for nearly 15 minutes before anyone assisted us. At one point, we were close to leaving, as it appeared that no one was working or available to receive us. Additionally, at the time of check-out, we were charged $40 for cleaning the room due to an alleged unpleasant odor in the room. Based on this experience, we will not be returning to this hotel in the future.」

「The front desk rep, Batoul, was extremely helpful in assisting us with ground transportation to Pasadena. Batoul also provided us with extensive information about the businesses around SpringHill Suites. Her customer service was outstanding. We also want to compliment the rest of the staff at SpringHill suites for their customer support as well. The cleaning staff service was also excellent in providing us with extra coffee and all necesseties. 」

「I highly enjoyed the location and safety including permit (free) parking. My daughters complained that the bedsheets had stains and the beds were way too soft. The bathrooms are outdated and I struggled with getting the right water temperature using two taps. The water ended up being too hot or too cold.
