「Garbage on floor in room that wasn’t mine, white spots on floor, carpets in room and hallways were filthy. No elevator for ADA customer to access up stairs. Couldn’t hear night shift staff even after asking her to speak up. Refused to help after concerns of how the room looked. Ac/heater made horrible loud noise all night and didn’t cool the room.
Breakfast was a standard breakfast but either burnt or over cooked. Morning staff had music so loud could understand him or talk amount selves and...

「Plenty of space with three bedrooms and one with bunk beds. Not new but well maintained. Great location for Mr bachelor and not too far from bend. One bathroom is probably the only downside. 」

「Fantastic breakfast with quality drip coffee, fresh homemade yogurt, croissant breakfast sandwiches and yummy muffins..So much better than the nearby "buffet" breakfasts at the nearby hotels. I do miss when they had sparrow baked goods :(
The staff are personable and very friendly. We really enjoy our time here! 」
