Dear Anonymous! I fully apologized your recent stay at townhouse motel. We recently shampooed carpet and all comforter and linens are changed! Bathroom are always sanitized every surfaces including tub, toilet and sink! All towels are very clean and spotless as well. Some of our motel rooms are completely remodeling in process. We do not have bed bugs in our Motel and we do have hot water also. I think you did not control the shower shot off handle right. we do hope that you have better experience with us next time.
