"The hotel is very nice and in a beautiful area. Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great."

Ich war schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel und habe mir dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich hatte bisher immer ein Zimmer auf der Südseite. "Accueil médiocre à l’arrivée. J’avais envoyé un mail pour demander à réserver une place de parking dans le sous-sol : personne n’y avait répondu. Et à notre arrivée : la réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n’y a plus de place et que nous devons trouver une place dans la rue, stationnement payant à 8 euros la journée, samedi et dimanche compris !!! Aucune empathie, aucune intention de nous aider alors qu’on restait 4 nuits pour plus de 400 euros en tout. On se fait « gronder » par la femme de ménage...
