"Our stay at the Thompson was phenomenal. This is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, hands down. The pool was amazing, food delicious, comfortable quiet room. I slept so well. HUGE hot shower. Valet was fast and efficient. The property is steps away from great restaurants and the Thursday Street Fair. We loved staying downtown where the action is. We will definitely stay again!"

"They do not have safes in the room! When I tried to reach out through front desk, house keeping and even room service there was “no” answer. That was disappointing! I came to enjoy the pool, food service and drinks. Everyone was hounding by the staff for bringing outside food or drinks. That was a turn off! There were families with kiddos! The food and bar didn’t open until 11am. We’re on vacation! I don’t want to be bothered eating some peanuts while I sip your drinks! It’s petty!"
