「I love how accommodating and welcoming the staff was. I was in town for about 2 weeks roughly and the room was good the service was great and every morning the breakfast was good.」

「They had an actual key instead of a card which was a nice touch and real door handles. You don't see that anymore. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. The sauna was a huge whiskey berral and had a nice setting area to relax. 5 stars in my book.」

「This hotel was perfect for what I needed. I was traveling alone (as a woman) and needed a safe place to rest for the night. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, quiet, and I felt safe.」

「Room was filthy, floors were dirty like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Staff didn't want to give us clean towels the next day. Poor experience.」

「We like this hotel when staying overnight for events in Ruidoso. It's quiet at night and the rooms are always clean and well maintained.」

「This hotel is maintained very well. Parking was adequate and close in to the hotel. Only drawbacks were the hand railing was loose, only the stairway leading to the first floor. Staff could explain or provide instruction sheet on the TV setup, I figured it out but it would be helpful for others. The room was clean and perhaps a mat near the doorway/entrance could be helpful to minimize debris accumulation from in and out traffic.Good coffee and continental breakfast offering.」
