Firstly, I was not aware of a $100.00 deposit along with your nightly rate even with a credit card on file. Secondly, the a/c unit did not work in our room. Thirdly, the water was not hot, the room was not properly cleaned, the beds were not properly made, trash was in the trash can, and we did not have any towels or wash cloths. Finally, the aesthetic appeal has much to be desired. The property ownership does not appear to concerned with cleanliness, generally maintenance, nor having quality guest patronizing the business. I was thoroughly disappointed because I have stayed at the property several times when it was another hotel. The staff was very helpful.
