"The exterior doors need some maintenance but the insides are well maintained, very clean, and modern. The amenities are all in very good working order and well kept especially the AC. Every room I've had is dry with no unpleasent odors.The staff is very curteous and quick to resolve any issue. The wi-fi/cable does tend to go out when a big storm rolls through, but it is not their infrastructure that is the problem. "My stay was from 4 -11 May. Front desk staff were simply wonderful....friendly, helpful, kind & very responsive to guest needs. The rooms are very clean & the beds are clean & comfortable. The breakfast was just ok but nothing to write home about...grits & eggs were a bit too salty in my opinion however, the fruit, coffee, prepacked pastries provided additional options. The overall dining area is kept very clean & organized so you'll definitely find something to eat. Towards the end of my stay, I overheard two men in the parking lot who had apparently just checked in, discussing that they needed to take their puppy through the side entrance because the hotel doesn't allow pets which is one of the reasons I chose to stay here as most of the other hotels in Sumter allow pets. I have severe allergies to pet dander therefore it was nice to finally find a hotel where this wouldn't be a concern...it's unfortunate that there are some people who do not respect this policy however this in no way negatively reflects on the hotel as their policy is very clear on their website. Overall, it was a great stay ( keep up the great work). I look forward to staying again in the future!"
