「Lovely hotel on the outskirts of town but easy walk to Bakmil metro station (although trains there are limited). Nice very spacious room, with seating area. Excellent gym. Superb breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff, especially hotel manager, restaurant manager, restaurant waiter & girls cooking omelettes. Sadly some hotel guests were less than pleasant & we saw too many people handle the food at breakfast & then return it. The shower is lovely & huge but needs a thermostat as it goes between...

「Fantastic pool! I especially like that the pool inside was quiet and not crowded. In contrast, the pool outside is lively, with loud music. So you can move between the calm pool, music pool, and the beach depending on your mood. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of Ramada's restaurant. Both breakfast and dinner offered a varied menu, and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly.」

「The staff were very friendly from reception to dining, they were all happy to help and spoke english. The hotel is situated off a busy road, which does have a good regular bus service for getting into the city centre. SO travel options are Bus, Taxi(can be expensive) or hire a car, you can walk but it is a few miles each way so not for the faint hearted. Overall it was an enjoyable stay, good food and great staff.」

「We had such a wonderful time in this hotel and in Baku overall. The room was the most spacious I have ever seen. Huge bathroom, huge balcony. The kids loved the bunk bed. The furnishings all over the hotel was impecable, providing a very comfortable staying. The food at dinner time was delicious. On the down side, I would mention the breakfast is served on a la carte basis. I would have preferred to have a buffet option instead, but maybe this is the norm in Baku. I would definitely recommend...
