「Room was well appointed and clean. Hot and pool were lovely. Parking was adequate. No complaints. Will stay here again.」

「The check in experience was so bad that they did not find my reservation. And they have to keep calling their manager who is not on site to find out more information. Finally they want me to re-book with them again and pay on site. I told them that I have a booking with Hotels.com, they keep saying they cannot find the reservation. I spent at least 30 minutes at the front desk and still couldn't resolve the problem. It made me think they want to charge me twice.」

「The property is at a winery with beautiful views of swans and a new baby swan, and the surrounding vineyards. The grounds are in good condition and the areas next to winery are lush and green with lots of things to look at. The winery itself has good food and even better wine. The Glamp Cottage trailer we stayed in was full of amenities including an electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining and a hot tub. When you walk inside it is decorated very nice. 「The property, location, and staff were amazing!!! However, the room itself was a little underwhelming due to hearing the upstairs guests all night, the bedroom window opening up to the trash bins, and the shower being extremely cold. Additionally someone woke me up at 3 am drumming on the trash bins, it made me feel unsafe.」

「The room was clean, but had only one bar of soap at the sink, and none in the bathroom. There were very few towels, and one was very worn with stings hanging at the ends. When I asked for a new towel, the staff was real nice. The woman who checked me in was lovely. Breakfast was okay. Parking was tight but goid enough. I would stay there again but bring my own soap.」
