It really is the very best of the best for every feature from pools, stores, restaurants, rooms, landscaping, rooms, views, and wildlife. Top A+. 「The staff was kind and helpful. The grounds were dirty. Plastic garbage bags at both side entrances, stairs weren’t vacuumed and at 3:30 my room wasn’t even ready and the staff seemed surprised that I was there. On the computer, the room was listed as clean and ready. The alarm clock was broken and so was the touch pad on the microwave. There was no place to charge personal devices, so bring your own plug-ins. Over all, I was disappointed and won’t stay there again.」

「Pros: No bugs!!! Clean bedding and towels, nearby ice machine, close to several stores and food options. Never felt like I wasn’t safe. Quiet motel. Cons: Poor WiFi, extremely rundown room, dirty walls and carpet, air conditioning doesn’t work that great. This hotel should be $85 a night. Not $233. But everything in Bend was expensive this weekend so I get it. They’re playing the game.」

「The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, I love the view of the Sister Mountains from the rooftop restaurant,m. They have “Back Porch” hot coffee in the morning. It is a beautiful quaint hotel. I love the Terra kitchen connected to it. We rented that restaurant last fall for a rehearsal dinner for our sons wedding and it was a night to remember. The food is excellent. It is a charming and wonderful place to stay.」

「Nice room. Clean and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights in July. You could see that the owner was working hard to update the property. They had made some neat updates to the property to give it a stylish look. We would definitely consider it again.」

「The staff were friendly and check in was super fast and easy. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The water was hot, fridge was extra cold. My only complaint is there was a bit of larger trash scattered around the parking lot, which is not a big deal, but the same pieces weren’t picked up during the entirety of our stay. (3days/2nights). Definitely recommend and will be back.」
