"Pros: Breakfast is above average, in terms of variety and quality of the coffee. Bed was comfortable. Both firm and soft pillows were provided. AC was cool and responsive.
Cons: No chest of drawers or closet are provided. The four hangars and wall hooks provided are woefully insufficient for more than a one night stay. Shower floor was super slippery but maintenance responded quickly to clean it."
"I guess you get what you pay for. Really not. You can tell it’s an older hotel that has some minor updates to try to make it look nice. My room had popcorn ceilings, noticeable water damage in the walls and ceiling (bulges in the ceiling), dim lighting, and humid sticky floors. It also smelled like weed. The only good thing I could say is that the location was good in Summerville."
"Room had small bugs every where. Had to move to another Marriot hotel. It was was worse in a different way. "feces on bed spread". Done with all Marriot associates. Traveling from South Pacific locations to East and West Europe, Central America, Caribbean islands and 48 States. This was the worst of the worst."
"Room was clean and the beds are really comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions. The breakfast had good options and they have a mini store in the lobby. It's located near a Walmart and target so we didn't use it but it's a great options to have. My only complaint is I tried to do a load of laundry and the dryer didn't fully dry my clothes even after two cycles."
"Staff, totally awesome!! Friendly, engaging, accommodating, and assessable. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Very neatly arranged, cute modern design furniture. Pool and poolside areas were very nice. Dining and sitting area at entrance very nice and comfortable. Loved my stay. Looking forward to staying again."
