「Tolles Hotel, freundliche Mitarbeiter, passendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Ausstattung war (wie) neu. Safe und Kühlschrank vorhanden. Das Hotel hat einen Pool in Etage 9, aber wenn ich mich nicht täusche, nur 1.15m tief. Haben ihn nicht genutzt. Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr gut. Darüber hinaus konnten wir mit einem Aufpreis von 10 OMR unser Check Out von 12pm auf 8pm verlängern, da unser Flug nach Mitternacht war.」

「I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff are great and make sure you have the best stay possible. They are very welcoming, smiling, available and patient. I am thinking in particular of Ahmed and Waleed Ahad. The breakfast is also very good, varied with excellent service, I think of Aamir and Phone. Moreover, the hotel is super clean and has a very good cleaning service. 」

「I find the hotel from the map of hotel.com. But after I took a taxi, i just found out the location on the map is not the same as in Google map. I should stay near to qaboos mosque and the feature of this hotel is that I could walk to the mosque in 5minutes. But actually it is totally another story and now no one is solving try problem and admit it is whose fault. Once there is someone hold responsibility I will change my comment」

「This is one of the best place in Muscat. I stayed here few times during family visit to Muscat. The location is convenient, stuffs are amazing. Specially I should mentioned the house keeping stuff been great and also there is stuff name “Shiva” who helped me with baby cribs and other request. 「L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé à proximité de grands Mall accessibles à pied, et à quelques minutes en taxi des principaux sites : Grande Mosquée, Royal Opéra et Musée des Arts, Musée d'histoire naturelle et à 20mn environ de la capitale Mascate. 「The staff will do backbends to help you out. I needed to go to the post (and who does that any more-- ANYWHERE??). The front desk arranged a reasonable round trip price and I was relieved to have that piece of business so easily accomplished. The gym was spacious and in use. Ditto the pool (which is quite shady until afternoon), probably a big help in the hotter months ahead.」
