"Look, everything in Rotorua has a smell. Just have to get used to that part. Despite that, the room was clean and comfortable. Rooms include a kitchen which is nice too if you need it. But there are plenty of restaurants right next to the hotel on “eat street” if you don’t!"

"Checking in and out was simple and quick with friendly, courteous staff. The pool was smaller than expected so we left that to families with smaller kids. Room was nice and cool which was appreciated as it was a hot day when we checked in."

"We had a private room and used the shared bathrooms. Everything was clean, our room was basic but more spacious than we expected. Staff was friendly and helpful, yet most things we needed were automated (like check in/ out). The location is SUPERB! We could walk to “Eat street” and Kuirau Park is across the street, uber rides were readily available, and the InterCity bus stop was a few blocks away. We would definitely stay here again. "
