Leaking seali g from room as i was top floor ... basically told it leeks when the freeze thaws .. lol to expensive to fix i guess ... later hallway ceiling started coming down ... again soluare buckets untill temp drops again to freezing. They did offer to change rooms but too big of a hassel for me to pack up room kitchen/ fridge stuff etc. So just lived with 2 buckets to cat h drippings
