I had a hard time navigating to leave a message and the only messages I received were sent in February, months before my May attempts to communicate. "The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. It's a great location, walkable to many restaurants and shops. One issue --I was in one of the smaller buildings. They are located on a rather steep hill, above the parking area. The issue is the room numbers are very small. I had to drag my luggage up a hill and go from small building to small building until I found the one I needed. They need larger numbers. :) Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay."
