"I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spotless, with a deep tub that I took advantage of. The staff was as nice as could be, and knocked at least once a day to see if they could do anything for me. Shops are very nearby, as well as many chain restaurants. Parking is right in front of the hotel."

"Expedia states Breakfast included. Only juicebar and fruit cups. Also no roll away beds available."

"Couch needs to be replaced or deeply cleaned instead of just putting cover over cushions, layer of dust on top of fridge, inside fridge dirty, dishwasher dirty and old, dishes sticky and dirty in cabinet, not given pots/pans/sponge/dishwasher soap, toilet seat broken (had to be careful not to slip off when sitting down, carpets filthy, pull out sofa awful and extra sheets and pillow had definitely not been washed, toilet hadn’t been cleaned and was clogged whole time, layers of dirt in corners in variety of places, trash cans dirty, mattress stained and uncomfortable, sticky remote, had to ask for wifi. I get that this wasn’t a ritzy place but CLEANLINESS should never been an issue in a hotel. This place takes no pride in cleanliness, cuts corners, does lower than pure basics. Someone knocked on my door at 9:30am to see if we were still there, check out isn’t until noon. Breakfast was decent. Don’t stay in this dump. They won’t have my hard earned money again. "
