Lovely and quiet hotel.

Beautiful and very quiet hotel with lovely staff and weirdly also lovely neighbours. Room wasn’t quite as modern as the pictures suggested, but it was easy and affordable to extend my stay after discovering just how quiet and nice the place was.

Nice and Cozy!

The place was nice and cozy. Staffs are so polite and helpful. Atmosphere of the place is garden and lotus ponds. Pool is not very big but enough for relaxing. However, the place located in a small lane which you may feel a bit lost when you first arrive.

The staff was very very kind, service is most important for them. If you looke at the property you could be in doubt but they have suffered from serious flooding and covid. They really composate everything. If in any doubt, book them!!

Feb 2023. Very pretty property with mature trees, greenery, water ponds, garden. Exceptionally friendly staff, promotes good interaction with other guests. 15 minute walk to restaurants in New City. Far from Old Sukhothai (150-200baht = $6 tuk-tuk each way).

Too far away off the road

We didn’t end up by staying there as we couldn’t get our vehicle up the driveway and it was too far off the main road. The staff were trying to be as helpful as possible. Everything there seemed ok but it was too far away from everything.

Die alten Bungalows hatten einen Röhrenfernseher, die neuen hatten keinen Fernseher. Das WiFi hat im Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Leider ist mehrfach der Strom ausgefallen. Das wir Sessel haben wollten um auf der Terrasse sitzen zu können war nicht einfach. Die Klimaanlage war gut.

Hôtel bon rapport qualité prix. Bien pour 2 jours mais pas plus car reculé de tout et pas grand chose pour dîner. Hôtel paisible et très verdoyant. On es bercé par le bruit des animaux journée et nuit. Personnel ne parle presque pas anglais donc difficile de se faire comprendre et de comprendre. Chambre assez sommaire avec salle de bain très petite . Globalement ok pour 2 jours mais pas plus.

Hôtel très bien, propre, avec piscine agréable et super petit déjeuner. Dommage que le personnel ne parle pas anglais, ça a rendu la communication difficile voire inexistante. D’ailleurs nous avons signalé qu’un animal vivait la nuit dans le plafond de notre chambre, ce qui nous a empêché de dormir mais je ne suis pas certaine que la dame de la réception ait compris ce qu’on lui a expliqué.

A seulement 500 mètres de la route passante, le Sabaidee House est idéalement situé dans une rue calme et loin du tumulte de la ville. Dans un écrin de verdure, les bungalows permettent de vous reposer et dormir en toute tranquillité (l'air climatisé étant indispensable car les nuits peuvent être suffocantes). Un accueil personnalisé (boisson offerte à votre arrivée) et un petit déjeuner maison seront vous redonner des forces pour visiter le Old Sukhothai. Enfin, vous pourrez profiter en fin de journée de la piscine vue sur un champ de lotus (un vrai régal). Enfin, dans le cas où vous devez prendre le premier avion (avant 9 heures) à l'aéroport de Sukhothai, prévoyez de réserver à l'avance un taxi car les moyens de transports sont quasi inexistants. Merci à toute l'équipe du Sabaidee House pour ce moment inoubliable.

Agréable séjour au calme

Accueil et service agréable. Petits bungalows au milieu de la végétation et piscine très appréciée après une journée de visite du parc. Bon petit déjeuner et restaurant très bon rapport qualité prix. Assez loin du parc il faut avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer. Seul point faible les lits très très durs.

Guest house avec piscine très agréable

Guest house très agréable, personnel sympathique, de plus, le patron parle français. La guest house dispose d'une piscine ce qui est un vrai plus! Très agréable en fin de journée après les visites. Le bus pour le parc historique passe au bout du chemin, juste 5 min de marche. Je recommande cet établissement.

Bon séjour.

Très bon accueil. Personnel très chaleureux. Piscine accessible à n'importe quelle heure. Petit déj au choix servi à table. Seul point négatif: la chambre du bungalow était remplie de lézards, il a fallu les faire fuir.

Très bien placé, espace extérieur et piscine superbe. Bon accueil et chambre correct. Seul bémol j'avais indiqué sur ma réservation, chambre avec clim, frigo, bouteille d'eau et salle de bain privative. En arrivant l'hôte nous a fait pars que la salle de bain était partagé, doutant de ma réservation. J'ai vérifiant et la sienne ne correspondait pas. Visite de chambre à tarif plus cher mais nous avons conservé la notre. La même démarche à été réalisé sur d'autre client, je pense à une démarche commerciale que j'estime pas correct. Vraiment dommage le lieu était top

A quiet hotel with friendly helpful staff. The swimming pool was much appreciated in the heat. On the Thursday evening there was a night market around the corner that was well worth a visit

Presque parfait...

Un endroit charmant et tranquille au rapport qualité prix excellent. Situation un peu excentrée mais prêt de vélo gratuit pour accéder à new sukhothai à environ 2 km et navette bus à 30 baths à environ 500m pour old sukhothai. L endroit est paisible et l espace piscine très agréable. Le personnel est charmant. Un endroit presque parfait sauf que contrairement aux autres commentaires, j ai trouvé la responsable de l établissement très peu accueillante ce qui m'aurait presque poussé à faire demi tour à mon arrivée... et à me sentir indésirable durant mon séjour... bien dommage...
