「This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

「The staff were very friendly and the location was great! We visited during an extreme heat wave and unfortunately it was uncomfortable sleeping. The staff provided a room fan when we requested, but unfortunately the 2nd floor was an oven. This is no fault of the staff or property, it was just an anomaly of the weather.」

「Rooms need a bit of maintenance.. Toilet roll holder, basin tap & shower all loose .. Staff were lovely but from the minute we arrived we were told the restaurant and bar shut early. Why ? Our table was at 5 pm and we felt rushed !! Shame.」

「We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms.」

「A most pleasant and pleasing stay overall. Great location, clean and stylish. The only area needs improvement is check in time (4pm is too late) and no luggage storage prior to check in (especially when check in time is so late). 」

「Building was very clean and organised, staff very friendly and welcoming. It was a very warm day and the only fan we had was broken, and no other fans to be used, (a minor issue) but only thing that stopped 5 stars :(」

「A excellent stay prior to a flight from Bristol Airport. Restaurant was excellent with a good selection of food and drinks. The staff made you feel welcome. Car parking was great and only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Will definitely stay again.」

「A lovely little apartment right in the centre of Clifton village. Very cosy and well maintained. My only complaint would be there is no "Convenient and secure on-site parking, a rare amenity in the area", as described when booking. There is on paid on street parking but you have to arrive after 5pm to pay for all night parking. Other than that I would recommend. 」

「Be very careful when booking your place as I have booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen as I have a baby but was given one room which did not meet my needs at all. I did not have no other option than sleeping and return home the next day. It is above the pub which is noisy so be very careful when booking this place.」

「A very nice hotel, the rooms at the rear of the hotel were former farm buildings which have been completely renovated. There is a wet room ensuite which is well appointed. The restaurant has a good choice of food which is excellently cooked and presented. The breakfast menu which has to be ordered the evening before was slightly confusing until I worked out that the price stays the same and you just tick your personal choices. Well sited and only 6 minutes from the Bristol Airport Silver Zone...
