「Lovely comfortable apartment in a quiet location, ideal for visiting Suffolk. The swimming pool was an added bonus (because of covid it was bookable for a 1 hour slot and we had it to ourselves).」

「Great location. Beautifully clean inside. Well equipped kitchen. Double bed very comfortable, but creaks a lot especially when getting in and out of it - not great for light sleepers. Outside space needs to be tidied up and weeded - lets the place down badly. Small maintenance jobs, like renewing the plug in the bathroom, ensuring the pedal bin works properly have been outstanding for a long time when looking through the maintainance log.」

「We had a lovely four day stay, the property is in a lovely location and is really clean and tidy. The only negative was parking, I had to keep moving the car between the carpark opposite and the street parking. 」

「Very spacious high ceiling airy flat with great TV in a lovely part of Woodbridge near water and high street with cafes and shops. One downside - rail-crossing below so there is noise from the barrier coming down regularly, quiet at night though 」

「The property was relatively clean, tidy, warm and well appointed, but unlike all other self catering bookings I have made there were no welcome items, such as a small bottle of milk, tea bags etc. There is no way within the apartment to adjust the heating without turning down each individual radiator thermostat. The lighting on the long path leading to the courtyard was very poor; specifically by the gate where there was no lighting at all by the steps, which in the dark is a safety hazard,...

「Fantastic location on sea front. Welcome gift a nice touch. Place could have been a little cleaner with dust on windowsills and areas of the house. Dirty windows on inside. Beds comfortable. Nice size rooms. 」
