「We stayed for five nights. Room was good, but AC unit never worked correctly. Asked for maintenance, but it still didn’t work. So had to use the fan at night. Construction noise next door during the day. Good for one night stay only. The view from the top floor restaurant made the stay worthwhile.」

「Lovely hotel in a great location! The staff were absolutely superb friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.」

「The staff need to be re-trained. House keeping was inconsistent - four towels, then two. Six waters, then none. Laundry had to be chased. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were appalling. Cutting in front all the time when walking, standing in groups talking whilst we were trying to open doors. Being told to move tables! Unhelpful at best. This is not a five star experience. Not even close.」

The breakfast and dinner buffet...

「Many choice」

「We had a late flight arriving into Colombo - so checked in for 1 night only. Room was fairly big but we had issue with the bathroom door which was difficult to slide in and out. Breakfast was a buffet with good options.」

「Helpful staff. Breakfast and lunch buffet is nice but not much international choices, most are Indian style. 」

「Restaurant services : so so Food : so so The only good services are the doormen .」

「Loud music in the area during the weekend」

「전체적으로 만족했습니다. 특히 아침 식사가 맛있었어요.」
