New building and self service capability. We-wash intégration for washer dryer was great too. Room was just dark so we got another lamp from them and used the tv as another light source plus another sun light we happened to have with us. Microwave is hidden behind the cabinet. Very comfortable and modern apartment. Excellent location for shops restaurants etc. kitchen was a little under equipped. Bathroom and shower was excellent.
