"Rooms not cleaned during stay.. OK. But bins not even empties. Check-in was nit welcoming at all. Snd next morning I tried to speak to reception staff, and wad made to feel I had disturbed him. No other clients were around. Just me and two staff at the desk."

"The hotel is undergoing a renovation, which is clearly needed, because the room is quite outdated with very old furniture and amenities. I couldn't get the A/C to work, but didn't bother asking about it as the weather was cool enough not to need it. The staff I interacted with was always professional, but one night (around 10:30pm) it took almost 30 minutes to find someone for the front desk to help both folks who were waiting to check in and to help me, as my room key stopped working.
