They have plenty of space to install a ramp or a lift. The WiFi was horrible. It would connect but then you needed to authenticate with an email address or it would disconnect. 「Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We...

「The property was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were on the smaller side but big enough and we had a sea view with a balcony which was gabulous. My favorite was the private beach which was beautiful with chairs and umbrellas without extra charge. We ate at all 3 restaurants and food was great! Only downside is it is isolated and taxis are impossible to get and expensive you definitely need to rent a car.」

「My wife and I loved this hotel and their staff. The rooms were clean and had excellent air conditioning. Free private parking, excellent breakfast. We arrived during a very busy season and there were limited accommodation. Daniella helped us get situated and really made us feel at home. Only great things to say and happy memories at this hotel.」
