"Das Hotel besticht durch das äußerst nette Personal und das exzellente Service. Zum perfekten Urlaub in dieser Preisklasse fehlen nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Bei der Ankunft wäre ein Willkommensgruß nett (Getränk, "Betthupferl",..) schade fanden wir, dass der Wellnessbereich nur bis 19:00geöffnet ist-nach dem Abendessen nochmal schwimmen gehen, hätte auch etwas. Außerdem war das Wasser (besonders im Aussenbecken)für uns etwas zu kalt. Die hoteleigenen Badeschlapfen mit Werbeaudruck sind mit 3...

"Anlagen sind sauber und Personal bemüht. Beim Essen könnte das Auffüllen schneller erfolgen, da man teilweise 10 Minuten auf Brot warten muss.
Großes Lob an die Barfrau Bianca, die stets freundlich, flott uns zuvorkommend war. "
