Excellent modern rooms and was perfect sized room for family of 3 enjoying Euro Football Championship 2024. Staff were friendly and helpful and housekeeping standard excellent. Hotel in industrial area so quiet at night with large supermarket across the road with pharmacy and food outlets. Just 15 minutes walk to Hulb Station on SBhand and in middle of Stuttgart within 20 mins. Never used food in hotel itself so cant comment on that.

Uncomfortable overpriced and depressive

No WiFi working in the room. I’ve asked the hotel and couldn’t do anything about it. The hotel interior and room was extremely outdated and depressing. Bed u comfortable. Shower hard to operate. Overpriced for what it offered. Terrible stay.

Rooms are ok. Functional and spacious. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. We stayed a week and the rooms got cleaned 3 times. Cleaner spent most of her time in the corridor on the phone.

Unfortunately, the best times of this once certainly nice and modern place seem to be over. The whole facility looks and feels tired and exhausted, with partly doubtful company around. Good service only on request / after complaint. Will be o.k. for one or two nights on a business trip but definitely not for a weekend or vacation trip with the family.

The worst Mercury I have stayed in. Property is tired and in a poor looking area next door to a factory or distribution hub. The air con was not working so the window was open for air, the noise in morning was at times loud. The rooms were spacious and clean. I was attracted here because off price and no availability around messe. Approximately €50 taxi to airport/messe was a bit false economy for the better value accommodation. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but limited choice of food in evening.

We booked the Standard room with Queen bed but the actual room we stayed in looked nothing like the photos. The furniture was quite old and heavily used. Also it wasn't possible to adjust the in-room temperature which meant we had to keep the window open all night. We stayed for 3 nights and never got our room cleaned!
