It's in an industrial park, the hotel is close enough to walk from the Böblingen Hauptbahnhof though. The room was really quiet and clean.

Not a high class 5 star hotel, but you get what you've paid for. Compared to other hotels nearby not as pricy which is why I've expected a solid hotel room. Bed and bath were clean, personnel very friendly.

Excellent breakfast - large room

This hotel is in the industrial part of Stuttgart. The location is convenient to work and near the bus and train station. The room was quite large and comfortable - about 3 times the size of some other hotels. A kitchenette and separate bedroom were available. The carpeting is quite old and stained. Aside from the carpet, everything else is nice and clean: the bedding, the bathroom, etc. The highlight was a surprisingly good breakfast, which was included in the price. There was ample free street parking.

We booked here for business. We booked based on images of rooms. No tea/coffee making facilities. No Iron and ironing board. Rooms were grim/ old but clean. TV didn't work in room Staff were friendly. Would not stay here again unless free.

The reception staff on the day we arrived didn't care for foreigners. The room was good value for money but don't dare ask the staff for anything without it being a nuisance to them. There isn't much in this area in the way of food and activities. I wouldn't stay here again.

Never coming Back here

Horrible room with 1970’s style wallpaper and a funny smell, no kettle or coffee making facilities, baking hot, had to have windows wide open all night to cool it down. Area around the hotel resembles downtown Detroit and is miles away from anywhere decent to eat. I would not recommend if the room cost 50 euros so the fact it cost over 200 euros is a sick joke

This property was not attractive in any way, from the upkeep of the property, the cleanliness of the whole property and rooms, and the overall feel of clientele present. The only reason I booked here was that there was almost nothing available in the Stuttgart area due to the international battery show and the Eurocup football match occurring there at the same time. This hotel took advantage of this fact to charge easily 4x what its value should have been. This would not be a place a woman traveling alone would feel comfortable with, especially arriving very late at night as I did.

Robbed by hotel. 6 hours and 198€ later.

It was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The receptionists where very nice, but the state of the room was awful. I tried to stick it out for the night and I just felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The room was large with horrifically stained carpet, stains in the toliet, a dusty fan, and toliet roll that looked like it was dipped in poo water and placed back on the roll holder to dry. One lousy sheet that barely covered the mattress and a smell that was intolerable. I left in the middle of the night because I could not stand could not sleep. I provided photographs to hotels.com and spoke with the receptionists and denied a refund. Unacceptable. I never complain about hotel rooms but this was terrible. I was booked for 3 days and stayed 6 hours. Of course I cannot posted the photos. THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE UNLISTED, the rating is false.
