「Superb new flat but poor without no milk or microwave - not everyone in the world drinks black coffee! Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for」

「Charmante locatie. Kamer was netjes en schoon. Ontbijt was speciaal voor mij klaargezet. Fijn verblijf.」

「We had the family room and it was spacious with one main room with double bed and desk and separate bedroom with double bed. Was relatively clean with some dust under the beds. Modern shower/toilet rooms although quite small. Directly across the street from the train station, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, we were there on a Tuesday and the restaurant and wine bar is closed that day so we did not have opportunity to eat or drink.」

「Fabulous place and facilities - just wonderful! Only thing that I would have found useful to know prior to arrival is that you only get starter provisions such as shampoo, toilet roll & washing up liquid so if staying longer than a couple of days you will need to stock up on more of these.」

「Great facilities, lovely pool, all very clean and check in on the app is easy. Aircon worked well, would come again.」
