「The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and they pick up from the air port 24 hours (unlike some that claim they have 24 hour pick ups, but make you pay after 11PM). I also liked that the breakfast went clear to 10AM, nice since I came in after 1AM and needed to sleep in a bit. I made a mistake on my booking, but the manager helped me correct it immediately. I know one other visitor had a room with a pipe that leaked. With all the extreme heavy freezes we got, such things do happen. ...

「Stayed for 2 nights during this weekends snow storm because I work in the area. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and very friendly. The room was fantastic! Recommend the one bdroom suite with fireplace if you need a little cozy getaway in the winter. The restaurant had amazing food and service. If ever needing to stay there again because the weather. I definitely will not hesitate. Thank you Crowne Plaza. 」
