「房間的牆紙有脫落，床褥太硬，唯一可讚揚的是浴缸是按摩池。 最差的是服務，抱歉是沒有服務。 我致電前台，希望他們幫忙提供碗碟，他們說要我親自去前台領取，因為一些個人原因，我希望他們可以送上房間，我於英國時是完全沒有問題的，但服務員送給我時，用極差的語氣跟我說，如果還有下次的話，會收取我服務費（因為說的很急，我的事情也很急，沒仔細聽清價錢）。 我明白你們有工作制度，但也不能黑臉向客人發難吧，而且我也不是經常麻煩你，只是那一次，整個酒店體驗變得極差。 另外，酒店只適合自駕遊的人士，因為交通極之不便，公共交通基本上一小時只有一班次。」

「I really enjoyed my stay at IntercityHotel Breda. The location is very convenient, close to the train station and also within easy reach of 5TRACKS, where I was attending an event. The room was very clean, comfortable and well set up, with a great bed. Having a parking garage right next to the hotel was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend!」

「Near train station is good, but it's also near railway and highway, so if you don't mind the noise, it's good to live here if any travel to Breda and Dordecht.」

「接待員不太友善，木無表情，只有兩位侍應早餐處提供友善服務。 所謂河景房，只是房角一處看到。 房間有異味，要開窗及空調除味。 清潔工人求其清理房間，有－次沒有加添清潔液！ 唯一好處只是免費泊車。 城市税好似與 Hotels.com的廣告不相同。」

「房間整潔，電車站地鐵站非常近，步行可到市中心，地理位置非常好 原來早餐是麵包併盤，因家人想食熱食，問職員可以給我們轉餐單內的食物，味道好好，,尤其是磨菇」

「The hotel room is clean n tidy however a bit tired. I really enjoy the coffee machine inside the room. However, there is a construction site just cross the road which starts operating at 8am, that wakes us all up !」
