「ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING. This is the second time I have stayed in a vacation rental in Payson and this one, by far, was the best! I own vacation rentals in other areas and I took notes!! The unit was clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate (usage of things). The backyard was a great place to hang out with friends, the beds were super comfy and there were lots of extra pillows! The 'disposable' items that you don't normally find in rentals were great (spices, coffee, shampoo/conditioner/body wash)....

「The cabin was very clean, instructions on getting in were very clear. Communication with our contact was timely, never an issue. The cabin itself is comfortable except for the kitchen table, it is very large, very uncomfortable chairs, we could not sit there long enough for a meal. Lighting around the kitchen could be better. The table outside was a nice place to sit in the evenings. Overall, we had a good time. 」

「The property manager was great with communication from the very beginning. We had 3 adults and 2 kids over for the weekend. The house has plenty of space and is fully functional. There’s also a small park within a 5-minute walk for the kids to enjoy. The master bedroom and bathroom are both laid out very well. The only thing I wish I would’ve known is that the master bedroom is designed for a couple, only because the bathroom is a direct pass through opening. This was fine for us though....

「We had a great weekend at the cabin. It was very clean and the host was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again. The only problem we had was that there was no hot water so we couldn’t shower. Overall it was a good stay though!」

「The family and I spent a few days in the cabin. It was really nice and fit a family of five well enough. We wanted to hike a little bit but the rain and slush prevented us from going out much. The kids loved the hot tub, so that made up for the lack of going outside. He lit the fireplace too and the kids had a good time roasting marshmallows. It was an overall pleasant experience.」

「The stay at this beautiful little cottage was absolutely AMAZING! We got to spend quality time with one another. The scenery was gorgeous the rivers near by were beautiful and the water felt amazing! The home had ever amenity needed and the neighbors were all so friendly they even brought us propane to use when we ran out! We are definitely going to be back and booking again during the winter time to see the scenery during the winter weather!! Thank you so much for the beautiful and memorable...
