"The hotel is in need of repair and maintenance. It's been there for 30 years and it shows. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good. Free breakfast was mediocre. Apple juice and sausages were good. Pancakes cold and hard, same as eggs."

"Front desk, amazing! Bedding comfortable. The rooms need an upgrade! Torn wallpaper, not thoroughly dusted, coffee maker not clean, towels thin and old. Breakfast buffet disappointing. Hot food not hot, but the croissants, coffee and orange juice were good."

"The complementary breakfast was fantastic. Real craked eggs, not powder mix scrambled. Lots of selection. Its a real breakfast not a microwaved slop. The waitress was also extremely helpful and friendly. Only place ill stay when passing through High Level. "

"Some things looked shabby and some hall floors were dirty. In the breakfast room, the floors were not swept daily. The curtains in my room were torn. My little coffee pot didn’t work but I was able to access hot water for my tea from the water dispensers downstairs in the hallway, which was not always easy while I was caring for my grandson."

"This is 2nd time we stayed this hotel. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Staffs are nice. No problem to find parking spot. Enjoyed breakfast every morning. This time I found the elevator is little bit slow. But our room was 3rd floor, we were able to walk up and down stairs. Overall I’d recommend to stay here."

"Very impressed with how clean this hotel is! The carpet looked new on our floor and in our room. And when we got there maintenance was shampooing the carpet in the hall on our floor. Maintaining goid standards. Also, very friendly staff at each encounter. "
