"Although I did not take a pet, I did notice a jar of dog treats that made it clear pets were welcome. My room was clean generous, with a view of the lake, and tea, biscuits and cartons of water replenished daily. Breakfast was varied with fun touches, and the staff really were great."

"Nice hotel well situated in Stratford, staff lovely and attentive. Our room was clean and had everything we needed but on close inspection of the window there was mould all around the glass, the net curtains had holes in them and very dirty at the bottom. The bar area small and very dark decor wise with very little lighting not a very cosy place to sit. The whole hotel could do with a refurb to make it a little more modern but all in all a pleasant stay."
