Amazing!!!

It was the perfect stop over for our trip from UK to Italy. We were arriving after 11pm but the instructions to get our keys was seamless. Breakfast was great and they accommodate animals. We travelled with two dogs and a cat. Would definitely want to stay longer next time as the location is amazing with plenty to do.

Initially the family room we rented was not cleaned, beds were still from previous guests. From the friendly staff we immediately received excuses and 2 double rooms next to each other as replacement.

Mon séjour à l’hôtel s’est très bien passé. L’accueil a été excellent : même si j’étais arrivé en avance, on m’a immédiatement attribué une chambre. Celle-ci était confortable, un peu petite mais tout à fait correcte. Le déjeuner était délicieux, et j’ai aussi pris le dîner et le souper à l’hôtel — service et nourriture excellents. L’emplacement est pratique, à proximité d’une ligne d’autobus et d’une gare, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre-ville. Un séjour que j’ai beaucoup apprécié !

Séjour bien dans l’ensemble.Personnel à l’arrivée bien accueillant en revanche au départ un monsieur qui parlait au téléphone même pas pris la peine de raccrocher pour me demander par exemple si le séjour s’est bien passe , bon retour … Aussi juste petite remarque : brosse de toilettes pas bien nettoyé et quelques taches au niveau de la cuvette.

Bon rapport qualité/service/prix

Hébergement situé à l’extérieur de Strasbourg dans un quartier populaire très calme, supermarché et restaurant à moins de 10mn à pied. Les transports en commun se trouve également à moins de 5mn et desservent le cœur historique de la ville. Hébergement propre et bien agencé, pommeau de douche obsolète (tartre) les deux seuls reproches il ne prenne plus les chèques vacances un comble! Et ils ont installé des bornes de recharge mais pas encore raccordées. Petit déjeuner complet dans l’ensemble.

Personnel accueillant et service au restaurant parfait, nous avons très bien mangé. Dommage que la chambre n'ait pas été correctement nettoyée (sanitaires sales, gobelets et touillettes déjà utilisés, une serviette de bain tachée...), cela gâche un peu le reste.

Hôtel avec une gestion douteuse

Un hôtel très mal géré, du personnel non formé et incompétent résultat, il me font un prélèvement sur ma carte sans me le dire la veille de mon départ et le jour du départ je paye ma facture et cela passe inaperçu, maintenant l’hôtel fait le mort pour me rembourser le prélèvement sur ma carte de trop. Une honte hôtel à fuir.
