Good hotel, the area around it not too pretty, next to a highway but walkable. The parking needed to be arranged with the reservation otherwise you have to find street parking.

Due to recent flight cancellations we travelled back via Strasbourg on the way to Paris. This hotel was well placed from the city centre and transport connections. We arrived late and the reception swiftly checked us in and we had excellent support in delivering food as we had arrived so late off the back of a long journey. The team couldn’t be more helpful. Excellent service.

We reserved parking and it was convenient. We were able to walk to a park and into town. Could use more shelving in the bathroom. Otherwise all was acceptable.

A great hotel! A short walk to the tram that takes you right into the main city. The daily breakfast was very nice and the staff were great! I would definitely stay here again.

Good value for money.
It’s what you would expect with any Holiday Inn Express. The name is a bit misleading as it’s not quite in the centre. But by no means far off. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main tourist areas of the town. Taxi is advised for train station to hotel as it’s a long walk with luggage. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast with some local cakes and pastries.

absolutely loved the comfort of this bed with complimenting pillows that were like clouds. I slept so well. great location and amazingly courteous and friendly staff. Only complaint was the breakfast was not to my liking in regards to hot options.

Pretty lobby area and good staff. It was about a mile from Strasbourg city square- the old town- and while there, we had a cold snap. It was too cold, icy and snowy to walk much. I wish there had been a hotel shuttle.

Okay but overpriced for what you get.
This hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the tram but was a safe area. The room itself was small for 3 people. The second bed was extremely uncomfortable and even concave in the center which made it difficult to get out of. The tile in the bathroom needs the grout cleaned and around the bottom of the shower door needs to be cleaned of rust or something. Breakfast was okay but nothing warm to eat.

The stay was not very comfortable.
Bathrooms and toilets were not very clean as expected from other comments. One of the two elevators was out of order, which was very inconvenient and required long waiting times each time. There were not enough parking spaces in the facility, and we had to find a parking space on the surrounding street. It was crowded during breakfast time and there were not enough tables. There was a long time without hot water for the shower, which was inconvenient.

Es un excelente lugar para hospedarse en Estrasburgo, tiene buena relacion calidad precio, cerca del centro médico (fui a un curso ahí) y a 7-10 minutos caminando hasta el transporte público o un poco mas y se llega al Palacio Rohan. Muy buena opcion

It's exactly what you would expect from a Holiday Inn! So a decent place to stay with a breakfast (that is simply ok). It's right on a highway, so it can be a little noisy and is a bit of a walk from the main part of the city. But as long as that's ok, this is a great, inexpensive place to stay.
