Koselig og svært sentralt beliggende hotell. Vi opplevde middelalderfestivalen, det var artig. Vi var spesielt fornøyd med frokosten som vi fikk "to go" den siste dagen da vi måtte reise tidlig. Det var topp . Hyggelig og imøtekommende ansatte. Vi fikk god hjelp da vi ikke fant veien til hotellet da vi kom - pga stengte gater osv. Alt i alt et svært hyggelig opphold - vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Smakfullt hotell som inte riktigt motsvarade förvä

Vackert historiskt hotell med bra läge. Smakfull inredning. Hårda sängar. Konstigt att man måste säga till att man vill ha städning om man stannar mer än en natt. Kaffe- och testationen svår att använda. Omöjlig för te. Lyckades inte få tag i en vanlig tepåse med svart te första kvällen 😊 En vanlig vattenkokare hade varit bättre. Frukosten bra, men hade förväntat oss lite lyxigare. Hade också önskat shampoo och balsam i duschen. Inte universalduschkräm.

Et udemærket ophold og god nat søvn

Hyggeligt hotel beliggende tæt ved havnen i den gamle bydel og tæt på 2 parkeringshuse. Venligt og servicemindet personale, Udemærket morgenmad - aftensmaden nåede jeg ikke da de havde lukket køkkenet ned kl 20, selv om jeg havde fået at vide i receptionen at der var åbent…God seng. Fint wifi

Super schönes Hotel mit tollen, reichhaltigen Speisen à la carte und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern! Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich und à la carte. Die Zimmer sind groß und gemütlich und sehr gut eingerichtet . Vom Hotel sind zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar . Einziger Nachteil: das Hotel verfügt nicht über einen eigenen Parkplatz.

Licht und Schatten

Der Check-in verlief nicht gut. Uns wurde kurz erklärt, in welcher Richtung wir das Zimmer finden würden. Angesichts der vier verschachtelten Häuser des Hotels haben wir uns verlaufen. Zurück an der Rezeption begleitete uns ein Mitarbeiter, ohne auch nur anzufragen, ob er uns bei dem nicht unerheblichen Gepäck behilflich sein könnte. Guter Service geht sicherlich anders. Im Zimmer funktionierte das Telefon nicht, also auch kein Kontakt zur Rezeption, der Papierkorb war noch vom Vorgast befüllt. Sehr freundlich hingegen das Personal beim sehr guten Abendessen, im Wellnessbereich und beim Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt (a-la-carte). Das Hotel selbst ist ein historisches Schmuckstück.

Das Hotel hat keine Parkplätze und keinerlei Info dazu bei der Buchung, das fand ich sehr unfair. Die Zimmerbilder sind nach Aussage der Rezeption nur Beispielbilder, nach der Buchung erscheint zum Zimmer ein anderes Bild als vor der Buchung, sehr seltsam..

Huggeligt hotel, perfekt beliggenhed

Dejligt hotel perfekt beliggenhed. Kun rengøring hver 3. dag, for miljøet, det var fint nok, men vi synes der burde tjekkes op om der var sæbe, wc papir med mere, det måtte vi selv bede om (det var også hvad der stod, man var velkommen til at kontakte receptionen), det var trods alt et 4 stjernet hotel. Restauranten var rigtig god, det samme var morgenmad, der var al la carte.

4 gang på Scheelehof.

2 overnatninger. Er med på at vi skal skåne miliøet og ikke skifte håndklæder mm hverdag. Men ikke en gang papirkurven blev tømt eller håndvasken tørt af. Supper chamerende hotel hvor at er lidt skævt. Det er dog lidt irriterende med kun en elevator som mange skal benytte. Dejlig jule stemning og meget venligt og korrekt personale både i receptionen og restaurant. 1 klasses mad. Stralsund er en dejlig by både til julemarked og om sommeren.

Schönes Haus am besten Platz von Stralsund! Die Zimmer im Altbau sind zu empfehlen! ☝ Aber nach 12 Jahren Betrieb ist doch alles ein Bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und könnte renoviert werden! 🤔

Hotel in historischen Gebäuden und bester Lage.

Wir waren mit amerikanischen Freunden unterwegs, um die Ostseeküste kennenzulernen. Das Hotel und das Restaturant in den alten Mauern haben uns so gut gefallen, dass wir um zwei Tage verlängert haben. Insbesondere das ausgezeichnete Frühstück mit Bedienung, ohne das Gehetze zum Buffet, fanden wir sehr positiv. Die zentrale Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und das nahe Parkhaus (für die Ausflüge) waren sehr angenehm.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Junior Suite, die allerdings für Gehbehinderte unerreichbar ist, weil schon ins Zimmer eine Etagentreppe führt. Sehr großes Bad, gemütliche Einrichtung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt zwischen Marktplatz und Hafen sehr zentral. Besser geht`s nicht. Preis Leistung stimmte absolut. Frühstück a la Carte ist allerdings nicht meins. In 15 Minuten Schritten wurden die Gäste getaktet, man musste also am Vortag angeben wann es zum Frühstück geht. Die Zeit bis zur Platzierung, Bestellung und Lieferung der Speisen war insgesamt länger als ich üblicher Weise frühstücke, inkl. dem Essen selbst.

Bra hotell i Stralsund

Flott hotell m sentral beliggenhet i gamlebyen i Stralsund. Stort og romslig rom og bad. Parkering i parkeringshus rett i nærheten. Hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Litt treg service i restauranten. Ingen frokostbuffet, man bestiller fra en meny. Godt utvalg og veldig god mat. Men det skortet på servicen. Det begynte bra, vi ble møtt av hyggelig kelner og det gikk passe raskt å få bestilt. Så stoppet det, virket som vi ble glemt. Litt dumt, trekker ned inntrykket av et ellers bra hotell.
