「Check in was supposed to be 3:00pm. I got there at 3:49 and my room still wasn’t ready. There were a bunch of people standing in the lobby waiting to get their rooms too. We were all there for a concert. People were getting ready in the lobby since their rooms weren’t ready. Due to this we also missed the first two artists of the concert. Completely unacceptable!」
