"Staff Was Terrible I Arrived 20 Minutes Early I am A Gold Member And Really Rude Said To Me Check in is At 3pm Also I Was There The Next Day For Breakfast No Breakfast At All The Next Day Same Thing You Have The Wrong Staff In Your Hotel I Will Not Rent There Again Terrible Service Hotel Great."

"Clean room. Front desk very friendly. Hot tub was being renovated. Tevin the bartender was very inattentive. Waited several minutes to even be greeted. Felt like he was ignoring me. Everyone had empty drinks as he flirted with the waitress. The other bartender (I don’t remember her name) was amazing- she even gave me a hug😄"

"Room was clean. Sheets were stained. Faucet didnt turn off correctly. It would drip till you had to figure out how to position it to turn off fully. No breakfast! They had nutri grain bars poor coffee and juice. Plus there pool is outside and I think closed all year even in the summer! "

"Check in was ok . Not the greatest. Staff is quite stand off ish. My boyfriend and I complained about the tv not working as soon as we checked in and the front desk asked if it was a Samsung. One we said yes she went on to say “ oh they are giving us problems.” What does that even mean? Breakfast food was not cooked thoroughly and we were told only cash or room charge because the debit - credit card machine is out of service. Parking is horrible since it’s a parking lot shared with the Avis car rentals too. "
