「The bed was very comfortable and the pool area was fun. Unfortunately Lakeway Resort charges resort fees and resort prices — which don’t match the quality (or lack thereof). The bathroom was laughably small, in desperate need of updating, it flooded when anyone took a shower. Additionally the carpet in the room needed serious cleaning — pet stains, wine (or blood) splatters, and marks that any normal hotel would address. House keeping wasn’t great either — our call for extra towels was...

「Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is.」

The ice machine was broken, and the food (yogurt) and other things in the refrigerator were expired. The room was also not in very good Condition. The only good thing was the view (Mountains)」

「Upon entry to the property I was surprised as it appeared quite quaint. The driveway leading up to it left much to be desired however as you need to backout of steep narrow entry onto the road. It is high up in the woods, so this may have been the problem that lead me to allergy and breathing issues. As I was unloading my car, my friend was trying to hook up the wifii, it never came up even after repeated communication and attempts. Breathing became difficult and the house was a bit musty so...
