「Convenient location not far from Heathrow to book for the night after our afternoon arrival from Australia. We discovered the town of Marlow was a lovely spot to explore along the River Thames, which was an added bonus. Room was clean and comfortable, and we slept well after our long journey. Excellent breakfast, so many delicious options and fried eggs cooked to order. Highly recommend!」

「Our room was nice. But our friends room aircon was faulty. It was on one of heat wave days and the hotel had service personel on site to reset it. Staff didn't really seem to know what was going on. It appeared like the hotel was lacking senior management. Some drinks we sold out at the bar and they had no snacks. But all in all, stay was good for us. Just our friends room was like a sauna.」

「The rooms need at least an option of having more light. I get the theme for the hotel, but still - the lack of light in the room was deeply inconvenient. The most disappointing part was the pool area. When I visited in 2022, the pool setup was absolutely amazing for summer - cocktails in a very elegantly done Moroccan themed poolside.
