"Our arrival was admittedly very late - 2.30am. TV in our room did not work at all. The 24 hr Receptionist could not communicate so unable to help about the TV. Breakfast was self service Toast/Strawberry Jam and Cereals. Staff hardly any spoke English.We had to leave very early so no experience of whether the Bar was open or not. Very poor quality hotel so will not ever stay there again."

"Claire was very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean with a view of the beautiful garden. She did a typical English breakfast which was delicious with fresh fruit and other goodies. I would recommend."

"Beautiful room. Smaller shower. Small fan which was a challenge due to unusually warm weather."

"Stayed here many times but disappointed the room (carpet) didn't look clean, bathroom, this is only room with a bath and this will be the third time I've had this room and the bath taps don't work you can only use the shower. Previously I've had water in the room but not this time. Didn't look like the tea, coffee, etc. had been topped up"

"Our room was very very hot needs ac ,we was give a large fan but it was very loud. Shower pressure not great. When asked for ice as our water was warm was given minimum which melted very fast, in these hot conditions fridges should be provided. Overall the staff very polite & friendly beautiful building."

"Nice hotel in quiet location with lovely outside area. One member of hotel staff unhelpful when we advised that the WiFi was unavailable. Good evening meal, breakfast offered a reasonable choice but cooked option wasn’t great. Good hotel for the money though."
