"No access to the bar, the restaurant, the massage or the spa. Those were the reason we reserved this place, and we didn't get any heads up from the staff, nor apologise. A wedding booked the entire castle so we had to go to the side building where the rooms are old and aunts come to visit. The bathroom was newly renovated though, and pleasant.
